We honestly cannot thank the Waters Edge enough for helping to create the most incredible wedding day. From the very beginning, the team were absolutely amazing to work with. They were professional, supportive, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day everything we had dreamed of. We felt completely confident that we were in the best hands, and that made the whole planning process so much more enjoyable. The venue itself is truly breathtaking and was absolutely perfect for us. Every detail, from the beautiful surroundings to the atmosphere it created, was exactly what we had hoped for. Our guests have not stopped talking about how stunning the venue was, with so many people telling us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have ever attended. The whole day ran seamlessly, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was being taken care of. The Water’s Edge at Ewen was the first and only wedding venue I viewed, because as soon as I saw it and met the lovely team, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. From the start right until the wedding day itself, Will and the rest of the team at The Water’s Edge made the whole planning process so straight forward, were reassuring whenever I had concerns, and answered all my questions so quickly. They were so accommodating to all of our requests, and on the day itself made me feel so relaxed knowing the wedding was in the best hands. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and having the accommodation on site was a huge bonus, and really made the whole experience so smooth and easy. The food both the night before the wedding and the wedding day itself was 10/10, and I have received so many complements from my guests that it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had! I really am so grateful that I found this venue, and can’t thank you enough for giving us the best day!

We cannot recommend The Water’s Edge at Ewen highly enough. From our very first visit, we knew it was somewhere special. The venue is absolutely stunning, particularly the outdoor ceremony area, which is beautifully designed and sheltered so it can be used whatever the weather. The exclusivity of the venue also really stood out to us, making the whole experience feel personal rather than like part of a wedding conveyor belt. A huge thank you to Will and Alex, who were exceptional from start to finish. Communication throughout the planning process was fantastic, and nothing was ever too much trouble. On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly, even when we were running a little behind schedule. Will and Alex kept everything on track without adding any stress, and were brilliant in helping coordinate key moments throughout the day. The venue was immaculate, the food was excellent, and every detail was clearly cared for. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and several told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so memorable. We would recommend The Water’s Edge to any couple looking for a truly special wedding venue.

We had the most amazing wedding at Water’s Edge. Such a beautiful venue which our guests said was like something out of a fairytale! Every element of the day was ran perfectly by Will & Alex and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! The food was delicious, the Chicken & Leek Pie in particular was very well received. We loved everything about our day and would highly recommend this venue!

We got married here on 24.05.2026 on the hottest bank holiday on record. The waters edge team had very kindly purchased a surprise air con unit for us to get prepped and ready in the bridal suite. They accommodated every single request. They worked tirelessly through 30+ degree heat and took on the role of ‘wedding planner’ on the day co-ordinating timelines, timing the bridesmaids walking down the aisle, arranging the setup of the entertainment, greeting the guests and the vendors, the food … my god. Out of this world. Just everything. Having spoken to most of the guests post wedding, they’ve all said it was faultless and flawless. The venue itself is spectacular. I count myself insanely lucky to have married there and worked alongside an incredible team! Thank you, thank you, thank you Will, Alex, Danny and all the team for making my dream wedding come true

The first thing to say is that this venue is one of the most stunning, beautiful, modern and incredible venues in the Cotswolds. With its garden grounds and lake ceremony area it’s breathtaking in full bloom. The courtyard area, bar and function rooms are sleek, modern and an excellent space. Will, Alex and the Waters Edge team were exceptional from start to finish. From our initial first meeting, Will listened to what we’d like and didn’t like, put us at ease and took the time to walk us through what our wedding could be. What was quite clear and in our opinion sets them apart from other venues we saw, was their ability to offer the wedding YOU want. They couldn’t do enough for us, no ask was too big or small, their flexibility and desire to help us achieve the perfect day was immeasurable. It’s didn’t feel like you were rushed or having the same wedding as everyone else. The atmosphere the Waters Edge team created made us and our guests feel relaxed and able to let their hair down. We had some last minute dietary requirements within a few days of the wedding and the chef and his team went above and beyond to cater to this. The food itself, gorgeous. We had the BBQ sharing fest menu, and it was all beautifully made and more than enough for the 100 guests had. Will and Alex’s communication throughout was attentive and informative with a real personal touch. I would recommend anyone to get married and celebrate at this beautiful, unique, amazing relaxed venue. Could not fault a single thing, we can’t thank Will, Alex & the Waters Edge team enough for giving us the Perfect day.

Water’s Edge is a fantastic venue. We had our reception here and were beyond impressed from start to finish. From the very first visit, everything ran so smoothly. Will and his team are profesional, organised and offer a level of service which is outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all our requests were taken care of. The setting and the grounds are stunning, offering some beautiful photo opportunities. The food was delicious and we had so many complimentary comments on the menu. The difference with Water’s Edge is that being a family business, they understand what makes a wedding special. From start to finish, Will and the team were absolutely wonderful. They were always quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had, and always kept us up to date with everything that needed doing before the big day. On the day itself, everything went seamlessly and gave us the chance to truly enjoy our special day without having to worry about scheduling. They took all the weight off us and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We had so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn’t be happier to say this is where we got married.

From the moment we first went to view the venue and met the General Manager Will, we knew that we were in very safe hands. The day (and the whole lead up) was seamless and faultless. Not only is this an absolutely stunning and magical venue, but every member of staff, without exception, truly care about making your day perfect. The food, exquisitely prepared by Danny the chef, was superb. From our post ceremony canapés, to our delicious 2 course Wedding Breakfast and our evening Bacon Baps, Pulled Pork Baps and Cornish Pasties.. wow! The day was everything we had hoped for and more.. we cannot speak highly enough of Will and his team.. they are simply the best

We had our wedding at the end of March at Waters Edge at Ewen and we enjoyed our day so much. The sun was shining and the day went smoothly, mainly down to Will. Before the wedding with all the emails, he made it easy and was really flexible with things we wanted. We wanted a smaller wedding that was informal and relaxed and it was exactly what we wanted. He was also great on the day checking in with us but the day was perfect. The venue is beautiful, from the outside courtyard to the rooms upstairs, the bar, the big fireplace in the main hall, then the lake and the outside space for the ceremony, there really isn’t another venue that compares. The food was a huge selling point for us, we did the food tasting months before the wedding and it was all amazing, the day arrived and the food was so tasty, all the guests commented on how good it was. We also had a singer for the ceremony and reception, best decision! Thank you to everyone making it so special.
