Exceptional food, rooted in the Cotswolds
Tuck into exquisite food and drink, crafted by our talented in-house kitchen team using the finest local and seasonal produce.
Inspired by the land around us
Our delicious food is inspired by the picturesque Cotswold countryside that surrounds us, with menus built around quality seasonal ingredients from trusted local producers.
We work closely with local suppliers who share our passion for quality and exceptional produce, while also making the most of the landscape around us, from growing our own herbs to foraging for ingredients in the local woods. It’s this care and sense of connection that makes every Water’s Edge dish feel so special.
A feast for every flavour
We offer a variety of menus, from elegant canapés and three-course wedding feasts to BBQ sharing platters and late-night bites, with plenty of choice within each. Whether you’re dreaming of a traditional, refined dining experience or something more relaxed and sociable, our in-house kitchen team will help you shape a menu that suits the style and atmosphere of your day. Or, if you have something specific in mind, we can create something completely bespoke to your celebration.
Time to raise a glass
Every great celebration needs something special to raise a glass with. From welcome drinks in the courtyard to independently sourced wines with your wedding breakfast and home-foraged cocktails at the evening bar, our tried and tested drinks menu is perfect for toasting all the special moments of the day. You’ll have full use of our two bars (one indoor and one outdoor) throughout the day, fully stocked with a hand-selected collection of top-quality wines, champagnes, beers, spirits, soft drinks, and cocktails to keep the celebrations flowing.
At Water’s Edge, we work with a handpicked collection of trusted local suppliers who share our passion for quality, seasonality, and exceptional produce.
Fresh, seasonal produce is at the heart of our menus, which is why we work with Bramleys Wholesale: a family-run fruit and vegetable supplier based in Cirencester. Their locally sourced produce helps to bring colour, freshness, and variety to our dishes throughout the year.
The high-quality meat served at Water’s Edge comes from Walter Rose & Son, a renowned butcher based in Devizes, Wiltshire. Founded in 1847, they’re known for their exceptional produce, skilled butchery, and long-standing relationships with trusted local farmers.
Every Water’s Edge wine comes from Wanderlust, whose portfolio focuses on supporting small independent producers and family-owned vineyards. Their hand-selected, top-quality wines bring character and charm to every part of your day, from the wedding breakfast to the evening bar.
From beers and spirits to soft drinks and mixers, Inn Express helps to keep our bars stocked with a wide range of drinks. Their fantastic selection allows us to offer a generous, flexible drinks menu that can be tailored to the style and atmosphere of your day.
